Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your deployment environment, showing device health, deployment success rates, Windows Update compliance, and recent activity.
All Tenants Overview
If you have access to two or more tenants (for example, an MSP managing several clients), you land on All tenants when you sign in. You can also open it at any time from All tenants at the top of the sidebar, above the tenant picker. Accounts with a single tenant go straight to the dashboard and never see this page. The overview covers only the tenants you have access to. If you're an Owner, that's every tenant in the account.
Five cards at the top add up every tenant:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Devices | Devices enrolled across your tenants, how many checked in within 24 hours, and your licensed device limit |
| Patch compliance | Windows devices up to date or within their update ring's deferral, plus overdue and behind counts |
| Deployment success | Successful deployments out of those that finished in the selected time range |
| Tenants needing attention | How many tenants are marked Critical or Warning |
| Not seen 7+ days | Devices that haven't checked in for a week, and devices running an older agent than the current release |
Below the cards, the Tenants table lists every tenant, worst first. Each row shows its devices, patch compliance, failed deployments, devices not seen for 7+ days, outdated agents and last check-in. Click any column header to sort, search by name, or use Needs attention to hide healthy tenants. Click a tenant to switch to it and open its devices.
Each tenant gets a status, and the reason is shown under its name:
- Critical - a device is past its update ring's deadline, or at least 3 deployments failed and they make up 20% or more of the deployments that finished
- Warning - a device is behind on updates beyond its ring's deferral, a deployment failed, or a quarter or more of the tenant's devices haven't checked in for 7 days
- Healthy - none of the above
- No devices - nothing is enrolled yet
Patch compliance here uses each device's update ring, the same way the Patch Status page does, so a device inside the deferral you configured isn't counted as behind. The figures refresh at most once a minute.
Time Range
Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to change the time range. You can view data for the last 24 hours, last 7 days, or last 30 days. Click Refresh to reload the data.
Key Metrics
Five cards at the top show your most important numbers:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Active Devices | Devices that checked in within the last 24 hours, out of total enrolled |
| Success Rate | Percentage of deployments that completed successfully |
| Failed / Abandoned | Count of failed and abandoned jobs - highlighted in red if any exist |
| In Progress | Number of jobs currently running |
| Queue Depth | Number of pending jobs waiting to execute |
Device Usage
A progress bar shows how many device slots you've used across all tenants. The bar turns amber at 75% and red at 90%. If you reach your device limit, new enrollments will be rejected until capacity is increased.
Inactive Devices Alert
If any devices haven't checked in for more than 7 days, a warning banner appears with the count. Click View Devices to see which devices need attention.
Windows Update Status
This section shows quality update compliance across your devices, including counts for Up to Date, Within Deferral, Behind, Overdue, and Unknown states. Each device is measured against its own update ring, the same way the Patch Status page does, so the two always agree, and the counts refresh at most once a minute. A table below lists specific devices that are behind on updates.
Deployment Activity Chart
An area chart shows daily job counts for the selected time period, with separate lines for succeeded and failed jobs. Hover over the chart to see exact counts for each day.
Top Failures
Two side-by-side tables show:
- Top Failing Apps - Applications with the most deployment failures
- Top Failing Devices - Devices with the most deployment failures
Click any row to navigate to the app or device detail page.
Recent Activity
A table showing the latest 20 deployment jobs with time, device, app, intent, status, and duration. Click any row to view the full job details and logs.
Performance Stats
When deployment data is available, two cards show the average duration and P95 duration (95th percentile) for successful jobs.
